Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer service while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document all interactions, communicate with customers and insurers, and work with the team to meet facility KPIs.

The ideal candidate has experience in auto repair environments, knowledge of OE guidelines, and a valid driver’s license. I-CAR training and DRP compliance are preferred and supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills are required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions accurately and update all details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and explain insurance requirements.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Communicate customer requests to team members and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain KPIs and support the team as needed.
