Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while preparing accurate estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. You will document vehicle damage, outline required repairs and parts, and ensure alignment with team KPIs throughout the repair process.

The role involves daily production walks, clear communication, and strict adherence to DRP requirements, with support across the repair team to maintain WOW service standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience with DRPs.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information through the repair process.
• Comply with insurance client requirements and WOW operating methods.
• Communicate customer requests to the right teams.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend required health & safety meetings and trainings.
