Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver a top-tier customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting required repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the repair journey. You will work with the team to meet KPIs and ensure smooth, transparent communication at every step.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, guiding customers through the repair process, and maintaining compliance with DRP and insurance requirements

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating ways.
• Communicate customer requests to team members and maintain positive customer energy.
• Participate in production walks and training sessions as required.
