Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Arlington Heights, IL, is seeking a qualified Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs. You’ll document communications with customers and insurance companies, assess vehicle damage, and align with the team to meet KPIs.

Ideal candidates have DRP compliance knowledge, at least 1 year of experience, and are willing to complete I-CAR training. Valid driver's license required.

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and support all team members.
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops as recommended by Store Manager.
