Job summary

Classic Collision in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a Collision Estimator to serve as the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners and work with insurers to ensure a smooth claim and exceptional customer experience.

This role requires 18+ years old, a valid driver's license, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience with CCC1 estimating systems; I-CAR/ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to provide clear, written, phone and in-person information.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with CCC1 estimating system preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage claims to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
