Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Atlanta, GA. The role involves serving as the primary contact for customers, preparing estimates for repairs, and coordinating with insurance partners to ensure top customer experience.

Qualified candidates have collision estimating experience and familiarity with CCC1; I-CAR/ASE certification is a plus. Auto repair knowledge and strong communication are essential for success at Classic Collision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage customer claims to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
