Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Marietta, GA. You will be the main liaison for customers from drop-off to delivery, preparing estimates for customers and insurers and coordinating with insurance partners to manage claims.

You will maintain open communication with customers, update them on repairs, and work with technicians to identify all damages. A strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Familiar with CCC1 estimating system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer from drop-off through delivery of the repaired vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers' claims to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers, providing updates on the repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
