Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in the United States to create accurate repair estimates, coordinate customer needs with repair teams, and communicate with customers and insurers throughout the process. The role supports achieving KPIs and delivers a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, guiding customers through the repair path, and ensuring compliance with DRP programs and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Compliance with DRP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and metrics.
• Coordinate with team members during daily production walks.
• Participate in trainings and staff meetings as required.
