Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers. The estimator assesses damage, documents needed repairs, and collaborates with the team to meet KPIs for service quality.

Responsibilities include clear communication, adherence to DRP processes, and participation in team meetings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License Required.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Way guidelines for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend trainings and information sessions recommended by Store Manager.
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance.
