Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate damage estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies.

The role requires documenting interactions, ensuring compliance with DRP requirements, and collaborating with the management team to meet KPIs. A valid driver's license and willingness to complete I-CAR training are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Minimum 1 year of DRP experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Coordinate production walks and communicate with the team.
• Support other team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings when required.
