Job summary

Crash Champions in Wichita, KS is seeking a skilled estimator to educate customers about the repair process, insurance procedures, and their rights, and to write complete estimates after full damage evaluation.

You will manage each repair through QC, keep customers informed, and collaborate with Body Technicians. Experience with CCC One or Mitchell & Audatex is preferred, and a competitive compensation package with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and partnerships preferred.
• Experience working with estimating software (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial and full estimates and lock final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage repairs throughout the process and perform in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and post-scan each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork; ensure carrier requirements.
