Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a skilled Estimator who will assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate estimates, and coordinate repair needs. You will communicate clearly with customers and insurers throughout the process, ensuring a seamless experience that aligns with facility KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, strong computer basics, DRP compliance, and a valid driver’s license, with opportunities to advance through training and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management Team.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings monthly.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as required.
