Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills; DRP compliance; minimum 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements, processes and metrics.
• Attend daily production walks with the Management Team and support all team members.
