Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Colorado Springs is seeking an Estimator to create accurate repair estimates, document damage, and coordinate customer communications throughout the repair process. You will guide customers and insurers, ensuring a seamless experience and alignment with team KPIs.

Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in estimating or related role.
• Valid driver’s license required and driving record acceptable.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training and OE guideline knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle repair estimates and document damage.
• Coordinate repairs and inform customers and insurers throughout the process.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and internal procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings as needed.
• Support team members and maintain KPI targets for the shop.
