Ideal candidates have DRP knowledge, basic computer skills, and an I-CAR training mindset, with a valid driver's license and a high school diploma. This is a full-time on-site role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of DRP processes and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and hold a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience while creating accurate vehicle repair estimates.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.
• Document details, ensure compliance with insurance requirements, and support the team in achieving KPIs.
