Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Colorado is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document damage assessments, parts needs, and communicate with the team to meet KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repair guidelines, DRP compliance, and at least 1 year of experience, with I-CAR training preferred. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance requirements and company standards.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team and assist teammates.
• Contribute to monthly Health & Safety meetings and training sessions as required.
