Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and a minimum of 1-year experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license and DRP compliance awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Guide customers through the repair process and insurance requirements.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and ensure timely updates.
• Participate in daily operations and training sessions as required.
• Assist with DRP compliance and production walks with management.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
