Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will inform and update customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process, ensuring alignment with team KPIs.

The role emphasizes accurate damage assessment and collaboration with the Management Team to deliver results. Training and career growth opportunities are available as part of our WOW culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Awareness of DRP compliance.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in production walks and team meetings as required.
• Support team members and attend safety sessions as needed.
• Attend training and information sessions recommended by the Store Manager.

Skills
