Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver excellent customer service while creating accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies, document all interactions, and work with the team to meet facility KPIs.

The role requires DRP knowledge, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Training support, and opportunities for professional growth are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• DRP experience is preferred (minimum 1 year).
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with details.
• Guide customers through the repair process with accurate information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW operating guidelines.
• Coordinate with team members on repair planning and delivery.
• Participate in production walks and team meetings.
• Support team members as needed.
