Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document interactions, communicate with insurance, and work with the team to meet facility KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and I-CAR readiness, with a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license. On-site work with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum of 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Support teammates and participate in daily production walks and safety meetings.

Skills
