Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with insurance providers. You will document all interactions and ensure alignment with team KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repair processes, I-CAR training willingness, and a valid driver's license, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update details
• Provide timely information guiding customers through repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics
• Follow WOW operating methods for drop-offs, planning, and communication
• Communicate requests to appropriate team members
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on phone
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with Management
• Support team members as needed
• Attend Health & Safety meetings if required
• Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended
