Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to serve as the main contact for customers throughout the repair process. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, coordinate with insurance companies, and keep customers updated on progress.

The role involves coordinating with technicians, ensuring all damages are identified, and performing final quality checks before delivery to customers. A strong focus on customer satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners per guidelines.
• Collaborate with insurance companies to manage claims for best customer experience.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers on repair progress.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure all damages are identified.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
