Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to be the main contact for customers from drop-off through delivery, preparing estimates for customers and insurers per Classic Collision guidelines.

You will collaborate with insurance partners, manage claims to ensure a superior customer experience, and keep clients informed about repair progress while coordinating with technicians to verify all damages are identified and resolved.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear information in writing, over the phone, and in person.
• Familiar with CCC1 estimating system (preferred).
• I-CAR / ASE certification (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage the customer\'s claim to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
