Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to be the main contact for customers from drop-off to delivery, ensuring clear communication and excellent service throughout the repair process.

You will prepare customer and insurer estimates per manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines, coordinate with insurers, and keep customers informed as repairs progress. This role emphasizes quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Experience with estimating per manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Familiarity with CCC1 estimating system preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer from drop-off through delivery of the vehicle.
• Prepare estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to guidelines.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to manage the claim and customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers with repairs updates.
• Coordinate with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
