Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator. You will be the primary contact for customers throughout the repair process, prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners, and work closely with insurers and technicians to ensure quality, timely repairs.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence and accurate estimating in a fast-paced shop environment. The position supports growth with a team-driven culture, competitive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Valid Driver's License required
• Clear written, phone, and in-person communication
• CCC1 estimating system preferred
• I-CAR or ASE certification preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Successful completion of background check

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from drop-off to delivery of the repaired vehicle.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers with updates on repair progress.
• Coordinate with technicians to identify all damages and required work.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
