Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to act as the primary contact for customers from drop-off to vehicle delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers following manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.

Work with insurance partners to manage claims and keep customers informed about repair progress. Maintain high satisfaction and coordination with technicians to identify damages and deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage claims for best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers with updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages.
