Job summary

Crash Champions seeks an experienced estimator coordinator to guide customers through the repair process, explain insurance procedures, and maintain open communication. You will complete initial estimates, lock final estimates after full evaluation, and manage each repair from start to finish while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset with knowledge of insurance procedures.
• Experience coordinating estimates and repair processes in collision repair.
• Familiarity with common estimating software and carrier requirements.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, rights, and safety.
• Complete initial estimates, finalize estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage repair progress, ensuring QC and quality standards.
• Keep customers informed with transparent status updates for a positive experience.
• Review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork and carrier requirements.
