Crash Champions in Avondale, PA is seeking an experienced Estimator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and safety, while authoring accurate estimates and managing repairs end-to-end.

You will maintain communication with customers, technicians, and insurers to ensure quality, timely completion, and a superior customer experience. Join a fast-growing team with robust benefits.

Qualificações

• Customer service skills are required.
• Strong organization, multitasking and time management; ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with insurance partners is preferred.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with multiple estimating systems; CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on status and provide the best possible experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
