Job summary

Crash Champions in Surprise, AZ is seeking a skilled estimator to educate customers on the repair process and insurance procedures, and to write complete estimates from disassembly and damage evaluation. You will manage each repair and ensure adherence to quality standards.

You will work with insurance partners and use multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) while keeping customers informed and delivering a top-notch experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with insurance procedures and customer communication.
• Ability to use multiple estimating systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after disassembly and evaluation.
• Manage repairs through to completion and perform in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide an excellent service experience.
• Review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork.
