Job summary

Crash Champions in Tucson, AZ seeks an experienced estimator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights. You will complete initial estimates, write full estimates after full disassembly, and lock final figures for each vehicle.

You will manage each repair through the process, perform in-process QC, and keep customers informed with the best possible experience while coordinating with Body Technicians and handling posting paperwork.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to communicate with customers.
• Strong organization, multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manages each repair through the process and performs in-process QC to meet Crash Champions’ standards.
• Keeps every customer informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provides the best possible experience.
• Able to pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning in the repair process.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions and ensure carrier requirements are met.
