Qualifications

• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs process, insurance procedures, rights, safety, and value.
• Prepare initial estimates and lock final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards via QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide a great experience.
• Collaborate with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning reviews.
• Pre-close final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
