Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator/coordinator to guide clients through the collision repair journey at our Nashville-area locations. You will educate customers on repair steps, insurance processes, and value, then prepare and lock estimates after evaluation.

You will manage each repair through QC checkpoints, keeping customers informed and ensuring timely progression. Knowledge of estimating systems and collaboration with body technicians is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within collision repair.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures.
• Experience with auto repair estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in-process QC.
• Keep every customer fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• Able to pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file and ensure carrier specific requirements are complete.
