Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair company in the U.S. seeking a customer-focused estimator/handler in Knoxville, TN.

You will educate customers about the repair process, prepare complete estimates after evaluation, and oversee repairs to ensure the company’s quality standards are met throughout the process. You will collaborate with insurance partners, review data with body technicians, and manage documentation and paperwork to finalize repair orders.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in collision repair or insurance
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with insurance processes and partners
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Experience with auto estimating systems

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance, rights, and value.
• Prepare initial and final repair estimates after evaluation.
• Oversee each repair, perform in-process QC to meet quality standards.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning.
• Pre-close repair orders and manage disbursement paperwork; ensure carrier requirements.
