Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a results-driven estimator to educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, and rights while producing accurate estimates and guiding each repair through to completion.

You will coordinate with Body Technicians, review data, pre-close orders, and ensure carrier requirements are met, delivering the best customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service mindset with strong communication.
• Ability to organize, multi-task and meet tight timelines.
• Familiarity with insurance partner workflows and requirements.
• Comfort in fast-paced repair environments.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures, rights, safety and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes full estimates after evaluation, locks final estimates.
• Manages each repair and performs in-process QC to meet quality standards.
• Keeps customers informed and delivers excellent service experience.
• Pulls and reviews data with Body Technicians and completes post-scanning steps.
• Pre-closes final repair order, handles disbursement paperwork, and ensures carrier requirements.
