Crash Champions is a leading, fast-growing collision repair network with 650+ locations nationwide. This role involves educating customers about repair processes and insurance steps, producing and finalizing repair estimates, and managing each repair to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Skills
• Organization and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex)

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
