Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an experienced estimator to educate customers on the repair process and insurance procedures, and to complete accurate estimates—from initial scope through final review. The role involves managing each repair, ensuring QC, and keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Responsibilities include post-disassembly evaluation, data review with technicians, pre-closing repair orders, and handling carrier requirements.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and strong communication.
• Excellent organization and time management in a fast-paced shop.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, rights, techniques and value.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair journey and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and provide excellent service.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning checks.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle paperwork and carrier requirements.
