Job summary

Crash Champions in Auburn, WA is seeking an experienced Estimator to educate customers about the repair process, work with insurance partners, and deliver accurate estimates. This regular full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and aligns with our people-first culture.

You will perform initial and final estimates, manage repairs through completion, maintain clear communication with customers, and collaborate with technicians to ensure quality control and timely payouts.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Experience dealing with insurance partners is preferred.
• Familiarity with estimating software such as CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through the process with in-process QC to Crash Champions standards.
• Keep customers informed on status and provide excellent service.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close final repair orders, handle paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
