Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring a frontline repair coordinator who educates customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights. You will complete initial and full estimates, manage repairs, and keep customers informed throughout the process.

The role requires organization, multitasking, and experience with estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex, plus collaboration with body technicians and insurance partners. Competitive benefits and a full-time schedule are provided.

• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems including CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety and value
• Complete initial estimates, prepare full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards with in-process QC
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met
