Qualifications

• Experience in auto collision estimates and insurance procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with auto repair estimating systems preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Prepare initial estimates and finalize with full damage evaluation.
• Oversee each repair to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Keep customers informed of progress and provide a great experience.
• Coordinate data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close repair orders, manage paperwork, and meet carrier requirements.
