Crash Champions in Hayward, CA is seeking an Estimator/Coordinator to educate customers on repair processes, guide them through insurance procedures, and manage repairs from intake to completion.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and partners is preferred.

• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process, ensuring quality standards and QC.
• Keep customers informed about status and provide a great experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle paperwork, and address exceptions per carrier requirements.
