Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Crystal River, FL is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer service while creating repair estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs with insurers. You will document interactions, guide customers through the process, and ensure compliance with DRP programs and company standards.

You will participate in daily production walks, support the team, and complete I-CAR training as required while maintaining accuracy and a strong focus on safety and quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills required.
• Compliance for DRP’s and insurance processes.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in body shop or estimator role.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Guide customers through the repair process and communicate with insurers.
• Ensure compliance with DRP programs and WOW operating procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Support team members and uphold safety standards.
