Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Ruskin, FL is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while coordinating vehicle repairs and communicating with customers and insurers.

The role requires knowledge of repairs guidelines, I-CAR training, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with strong computer skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs.
• Inform and update customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.
• Accurately assess vehicle damage and document repairs and parts.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
