Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide accurate damage assessments and file documentation with customers and insurers. You will coordinate repairs, part replacements, and communication to ensure a smooth experience for the customer throughout the process.

The role requires DRP estimating experience, CCC1/Mitchell proficiency, and solid customer service skills, with opportunities for training and advancement within a long‑standing collision repair leader.

Qualifications

• 2+ years DRP estimating experience in collision repair.
• 2+ years CCC1/Mitchell experience.
• 2+ years Accounts Receivable/Payables experience preferred.
• 4+ years customer service excellence.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; I-CAR Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented and updated with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members and follow up.
• Participate in daily production walks and safety/meeting activities.
