Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator in Milwaukee to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating precise repair estimates. You will coordinate with customers and insurance companies, assess vehicle damage, and ensure timely communication throughout the repair process.

The ideal candidate has DRP experience, I-CAR training readiness, a high school diploma, and solid computer skills. Join a team dedicated to quality, safety, and KPI-driven results.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide accurate information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Coordinate repair planning and communicate with team and customers.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health, safety, and staff meetings as required.
• Contribute to KPI achievement and uphold core values.
