Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Milwaukee to deliver exceptional customer service by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document interactions, communicate with customers and insurance partners, and ensure alignment with team KPIs.

The role involves daily production walks and ongoing training participation. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, knowledge of repair standards, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately and update records promptly.
• Provide timely information to customers guiding them through the repair process.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and team members to meet KPIs.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management and attend required trainings.
• Support the team and adapt to changes in duties as needed.
