Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Wisconsin is seeking an Estimator to prepare accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinate repairs, parts replacements, and communications with customers and insurers. You will guide customers through the repair process and ensure alignment with team KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, attention to detail, and willingness to complete I-CAR training. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Maintain KPI performance and uphold WOW standards.
• Attend trainings and keep safety and quality at the forefront.
