Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring to educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, and rights, while delivering accurate estimates after thorough damage evaluation. You will manage the repair from start to finish, ensuring Crash Champions’ quality standards through in-process QC and clear customer communication.

Ideal candidates will handle data for Body Technicians, complete post-scanning steps, and pre-close repair orders with careful disbursement handling, meeting carrier

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are essential.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of insurance partners and estimating software (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial and final estimates after damage evaluation and disassembly.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about status and provide a positive experience.
• Review data procedures for Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
