Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused coordinator to guide clients through vehicle repair and insurance procedures. You will prepare estimates, manage repairs, and ensure QC standards across the process.

Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills, experience with insurance partners, and familiarity with CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and a compensation range reflecting experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems: CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure Crash Champions quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
