Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle damage estimation and writing estimates.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with auto insurance processes and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, rights, and safety.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage each repair and ensure Crash Champions quality standards (QC).
• Keep customers informed on status and ensure the best possible experience.
• Coordinate with Body Technicians and review data procedures post-disassembly.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle discharge paperwork and exceptions.
