Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer service while accurately estimating vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and at least 1 year of experience. I-CAR training and a valid driver's license are required, with the store’s KPI targets guiding daily activities and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with details.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Uphold the company's core values: honesty, integrity, and respect.
